This experience is embarrassed me and make me sad at that time. On Sunday, I usually get up late but in this day my parents forced me to wake up early. They ordered me to buy milk and fish feeding. My mother gave me 115.000 rupiahs. Because my shop destination was two places so I decided to buy milk first. It costs 15.000 rupiah and the rest of money, 100.000 I put on my jacket pocket. I was busy to buy milk and I didn’t care about my money in my jacket pocket. Then I bought fish feeding but when I came there it was closed. So I went o another shop. When I came and bought it I felt that I still had my money. When I wanted to pay it, my money was gone. I felt so surprised, confuse, sad and embarrassed. So I told to the shop guard that my money was gone. I decided to go home to take my own money then I was back to the shop to pay it. I did not tell my parents about this incident because I was afraid, the money was disappeared. I really want to tell it to them but I am worry if they are angry to me. Finally, right now I never tell them about it. From my story, I want to tell you that please don’t be careless and please be careful in buying some goods. A recount text has a generic structure, having three components (one is optional). They are: (1) Orientation, (2) Events and (3) Reorientation ( optional).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Recounts are principally not the same as Narratives although both talk about past events. Narratives deal with problematic events which lead to a crisis or turning point which in turn finds a resolution while recounts do not have to come to a serious crisis or complication.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;A. When they were served, I ate up eagerly the meal and soup and drank the tea. I was satisfied and it was the time to pay. I grabbed my trousers pocket and I was shocked. My hands didn’t feel there was any wallet there. I felt so embarrassed that I didn’t dare to see the faces of the customers. My body stayed still on the chair and began sweating.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;I tried to control myself in front of the people. I collected my courage to come to the cashier to say something. Feeling uneasy, I told her that I left my wallet in the other trousers at the boarding house and promised to take it and come back soon. Some customers looked at me. I thought I must hide my face. There are two reasons why I say like this, it is the key to academic success.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Firstly, as a dreamer of studying in favorite high class or university in the world, we should have better English. To prove whether our English is bad or good, we should have English certificate. That is TOEFL certificate. As we all know that undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate programs around the world require students to demonstrate their ability to communicate in English as an entrance requirement. So, by doing TOEFL, we are sure that we will pass the entrance test. It is really true because The TOEFL test gives students the opportunity to prove that they can communicate ideas effectively by simulating university classroom and student life communication.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Secondly, English language that is used in the test reflects real-life of English language usage in university lectures, classes, and laboratories. It means that in TOEFL, we will know well some English expressions, grammar or structure, listening, readings etc. The language used in this test is the same language Professors, lecturers or teachers use when they discuss coursework or concepts with students. It is the language that students use in study groups and in everyday university situations, such as buying books at the bookstore. The reading passages are from real textbooks and course materials. If we study abroad, we will have no obstacle about English language because we have been trained in TOEFL test to communicate both either orally or in writing&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In short, based on two arguments above, it seems that TOEFL is needed and it is important for us to achieve academic Success. This is very abashed. Actually I was so embarrassed about this incident. I think many people will laugh when they know it.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One day my brother and I were watching television at home. suddenly there were many people brought many chairs from my neighbor's house and I saw it. At that moment I was afraid and I said to my father about this incident. My father run and said, "Thief...thief...thief.... catch them!" but suddenly he stopped. In fact the people were not thieves because one of them is my uncle. My father said to me, "Oh ... no Hen, He is your uncle. it is terrible".&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After that my father chatted with my uncle. I was so embarrassed to them. I was not brave to go out. Then my father talked to me. I just laughed and was afraid. But they can not realize it. They know that it is difficult to get it but the other people disagree with this argument. Some people think there are mainly three things why seeking a job is difficult.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Firstly, people do not have high education. As they do not have high education, it is difficult for them to get it. Besides, education may influence someone who seeks a job. Now in the globalization era, without having high education, people can not find a good job. Take for example in a big company. If we want to apply a job like a staff manager, we must fulfill all general requirements such as you must be good at accounting, able to operate computer, master foreign language especially English both spoken and written etc. Seeking a job is not always difficult but it depends on people themselves. If they want to try, they will be success.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Secondly, people do not have skills. If they do not have skills, they will feel difficult to find a good job. Some people think that if they want to be an employee, they must have skills. It is not only enough skill but also high education. In a company, an employee must fulfill all general requirements such as having good skill, high education and motivation, discipline etc. Without having skills, it is impossible to be an employee. For example, most people in our country, Indonesia, are jobless. It is caused by them who do not have skills and education. They say that Indonesia government does not open job vacancies. but in fact, their arguments are not true because in our country there are many job vacancies. If we can not get a job, we will be left behind in the globalization era.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thirdly, they do not have connection or network. It is rather difficult to get a job if we do not have connection. Even though we have high education and skills, without having connection or network, we will not get it. So connection or network is very important to help us to get a job. Further, we can get it easily. For example, If we have friends and they work in a company. They may be help us to apply in that company. They also give us more information about the job. For example sometimes it needs new employee who can operate computer, master English well and good at accounting. If we fulfill those requirements, we can be an employee in that company.
